Product Description: Our VTX mobile bumper plate rack is the perfect storage solution to keep bumpers off the floor or take the place of a stationary rack that occupies too much space. Once done with the plates, simply stack them on the base, insert the pole and locking pin and roll it away on 4 heavy-duty casters that come standard with the unit.
